The books… audio tapes …CD‘s…DVD’s and oracle cards listed below have been an absolute blessing to me. They have healed many heartaches …wounds… and issues from life’s trauma and tribulations. In fact, it wasn’t the books that healed the issues, it was my effort of putting the techniques into practice that moved me on heaps and bounds. The books have had a massive influence regardless and I feel so appreciative. They have also given me inspiration and a passion to help others in their healing process…
In addition they are still helping me through some tough and trying times in which we all go through in life’s journey, regardless of how much knowledge and learning we do. My self esteem and confidence has increased ‘tenfold’ and I feel so happy with my personal and professional development, which I never thought possible till I found my own evidence that ‘what these books say’ ‘are true‘. I have always found the right book, audiotape …or website at the right time… and when it has been most needed for my healing to progress… and for this I am so very grateful…
I highly recommend and encourage people to use self help books, or audiotapes, as well as getting the right support, to help you through life’s difficulties because I know the beauty and value of this …why suffer so much when you don’t need too?

If you are anything like me you may already have a cupboard full (and many on the go) I love my books and always go back to them when I am guided too because there are some things we forget and need to be reminded of, especially when we get caught up in old patterns of behaviour and the pressures of the outside world, which is natural and normal in any learning process…my belief is, it takes time and effort for the techniques to work …it certainly doesn’t happen over night. However, they are a treasure to behold…
