I have over 12 years experience in the Field of ´Personal and Professional Development´ I have worked with a vast amount of people suffering with mental health problems. I have covered areas of sexual abuse, depression, fear, anxiety, phobias, anorexia...and the list goes on...
I have also had hands on ´personal experience´ with ´mental health problems´ and overcome deep depression, severe anxiety, panic attacks and many other life conditions by listening and responding to my own ´inner guidance´ and changing aspects of my ´beliefs´ ´emotions´ and ´behaviours´ to get all that I want from life and I have continued to be successful following the truth of life...
This has brought me a deep sense of happiness and fulfilment and I continue to work one step at a time to reach more of my goals, dreams and visions. Life is forever changing and I believe things can only get better when we give into our ego and listen to the divine and respond appropriately to what our heart tells us...
I continue my personal and professional development using a variety of sacred and harmonious techniques that have continued to prove their worth and weight in gold!.... I also love… and totally enjoy attending ‘mind’ ‘body’ and ‘spiritual’ groups on a regular basis. This keeps my professional skills, knowledge and personal experience to high standards of practice.
I love to experiment with a variety of techniques so i can tailor to suit the needs and requirements of each individual.
My latest adventure began as I joined the ´Aurora Essence team´ which is a service that offers us a multi dimentional product to help carry us forward into the new and changing ´energy frequency´ The product acts as a support system whilst working through the turbulant times of change that we all need to face to bring us back to peace, harmony and fulfilment once more.
I can say wholeheartedly, as i have found this to be an invaluable tool not only for myself, but for many individuals I have met since beginning this journey and is, without doubt yet another excellent support for self development and for overcoming many of lifes obstacles. It seems to be very magical in how it works and resonates on all levels of our being, bringing balance to mind, body and spirit completley.
We are forever expanding our ideas, knowledge and expertise, within this joyous and fulfilling line of work and I am testament to this anology, as being part of the ´Aurora Essence´ team, this encouraged me to blossom and work even closer to spirit, allowing me to bring healing to those in need, channelled in my own innovative and unique way, as I now begin a brand new journey and meander further down my spiritual path.
